چکیده
: Anastomotic complications following lung transplantation include those affecting one of the three anastomoses performed in usual technique for transplantation: bronchial, pulmonary artery, and venous anastomoses. Airway have declined over time, but still are associated with significant morbidity mortality. The main pathogenic factor to development airway is post-transplant bronchial ischemia. most frequent anastomotic complication stenosis. Other dehiscence, granulation tissue formation, bronchomalacia, fistulae. diagnostic tools diagnosis such imaging techniques as chest computed tomography (CT) scan bronchoscopic examination, which allows an appropriate assessment mucosa extent complication. A combination several procedures usually required best manage complications. These balloon dilatation, cryotherapy, laser resection, electrocautery, endobronchial brachytherapy, stenting. On occasion, different surgical approaches required, including graft resection or re-transplantation. incidence vascular after low, they high mortality rates. comprise either artery anastomosis anastomosis, stenoses frequently observed. In excessive length ends may lead kinking, torsion, improper technique, intussusception due lengh leads thrombosis at site. Early detection rapid treatment these crucial its successful management. Appropriate selection therapeutic option depends on time onset expertise transplant team. It requires a multidisciplinary approach comprising endovascular correction.

Anastomotic Airway Complications after Lung Transplantation
PURPOSE Anastomotic airway complications are a major cause of morbidity and mortality after lung transplantation (LTx). In this study, the authors identified types and clinical outcomes of airway complications after LTx. MATERIALS AND METHODS All bronchial anastomotic complications were analyzed in a total of 94 LTx cases involving 90 recipients who underwent surgery between July 2006 and May...

OBJECTIVES Lung transplant recipients were reviewed to compare our early and current experience of vascular complications. Since 1995, we have had a policy of early identification and intervention. METHODS We undertook a retrospective review of all adult lung transplants performed at our centre. Patients with pulmonary vascular complications before and after 1995 were identified and reviewed ...

OBJECTIVE This study aimed to describe and to analyze early severe digestive complications (ESDC) after lung transplantation (LT) in our center. METHODS A retrospective study included 351 patients, who underwent LT without cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) at our center between March 1988 and December 2009. There were 86 double LTs and 265 single LTs. ESDCs were defined as complications (1) occurr...
